Whole quail eggs with shells. Just as healthy as duck eggs, quail eggs are a great source of protein.
Here are some additional health benefits of quail eggs:
- Vitamin B for energy
- Fatty Acids for brain development
- Protein for muscle development
- Vitamin E for immune system and healthy skin
- Riboflavin and Selenium which alleviates nausea and helps calm upset stomachs
Every 2 oz of dehydrated quail eggs is about 15 fresh quail eggs. 1 tsp dried is about 1 fresh quail egg.
Feeding recommendation: 1 tsp for every 20lb. Use as meal topper. Combine with yogurt, kefir or goat's milk for a fun DIY pet-safe snack.
