Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 hours of shipment.

Cami Jay is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please fill out a missing package from request with USPS.  Please check your order to make sure that your address is correct. If you address is not correct, we are not liable for incomplete/inaccurate addresses as stated on order.
